About RLA Engineering

We are an engineering design firm who provide our clients test & measurement and product design solutions from concept to prototype. Our founder and leadership team have deep technical backgrounds with decades of hands-on experience in test and measurement and full cycle product development.

Our Founder

Raymond Jr. founded RLA Engineering in 2010, drawing on extensive engineering and management experience to guide the company’s strategy. He leads cross-functional teams to deliver tailored engineering staffing solutions that meet evolving client needs and drive measurable results. Previously, he oversaw research and development, operations, and manufacturing at Hewlett-Packard and Rockwell Automation, specializing in analog and digital systems, power and sensor integration, and motion controls.

 

Raymond Jr. holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Southern University and an MBA from Washington State University. A U.S. Army veteran and Wisconsin Military Academy graduate, he combines discipline with technical knowledge. Supported by a seasoned management team, he is committed to making RLA Engineering the top choice for engineering talent.
