Our WS service can support client's who use a vendor management system (VMS) for traditional staffing/agency contracting needs. We provide resources in a proven structure that allows our clients to only worry about the work, not the people delivering the work.
We provide multi-disciplined technical and non-technical resources which can be individuals and/or supervised teams. RLA hires W2 employees and utilizes multiple industry leading operational processes to yield high retention rates thus minimizing disruptions to client needs.
We provide our WS service across the US nationally. We provide resources onsite at the client's facilities, remotely and/or hybrid work environment.
Our resources can support both long- and short-term client needs for fixed term engagements. We manage each client's policy on required break in service to backfill positions with new qualified resources to minimize disruptions to client needs.
We provide two dedicated managers per client account.
- Account Manager: Responsible for overall B2B performance, contracts and escalations.
- Operations Manager: Responsible for overseeing that our employees meet the client's daily needs.
We submit a bill rate that meets the client's budget per position.
